Sidecar Mimosa

Classic Sidecar 

2oz Cognac
4oz Blind Tiger Sidecar Mimosa
Sugar & Orange for Garnish 

Instructions - Rim a martini glass with an orange and coat in sugar. In a cocktail shaker with ice add Cognac to chill. Shake and strain into martini glass. Top with 4 oz Sidecar Mimosa. Garnish with an orange slice.

Classic Mimosa  

2oz Champagne 
4oz Blind Tiger Sidecar Mimosa

Instructions - Pour chilled champagne into flute; top with Blind Tiger Mimosa.

2oz Gin
4oz Blind Tiger Lavender French 75
Lemon for Garnish 

Instructions - In a cocktail shaker with ice add gin to chill. Shake and strain into martini or coupe glass. Top with 4 oz Lavender French 75. Garnish with a lemon slice.

4oz Blind Tiger Lavender French 75
Lemon for Garnish 

Instructions - In a cocktail shaker with ice add vodka to chill. Shake and strain into martini or coupe glass. Top with 4 oz Lavender French 75. Garnish with a lemon slice.

Bee's Knees

Bee's Knees

2oz Gin
4oz Blind Tiger Bee's Knees
Lemon Twist for Garnish

Instructions  - Add ice to cocktail shaker. Combine gin and bee's knees. Shake until chilled. Pour into martini or coupe glass. Garnish with lemon twist.

Sage Bee's Knees 

2.5oz Blind Tiger Bee's Knees 
3 Fresh Sage Leaves
1.5oz Gin
.25oz Elderflower Liqueur

Instructions -  In a cocktail shaker with ice add all ingredients. Shake and double strain into a martini glass or over ice. Garnish with a sage leaf.

Raspberry Honey Lemon Drop

2oz Raspberry Vodka  
1oz Triple Sec  
2oz Blind Tiger Bee’s Knees  

Add ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass and garnish with raspberries or a lemon wedge.  


Southside

Southside Mojito 

2oz Rum 
4oz Blind Tiger Southside Mojito
Mint or Lime for Garnish 

Instructions  - (optional) muddle mint at bottom of rocks or collins glass. Add ice. Pour 2oz rum and top with 4 oz Mojito. Gently stir.

Mint Julep 

2oz Bourbon 
4oz Blind Tiger Mojito
Mint for Garnish 

Instructions - (optional) muddle mint at bottom of rocks or collins glass. Add ice. Pour 2oz bourbon and top with 4 oz Mojito. Gently stir.
