Classic Sidecar 

2oz Cognac
4oz Blind Tiger Sidecar
Sugar & Orange for Garnish 

Instructions - Rim a martini glass with an orange and coat in sugar. In a cocktail shaker with ice combine Sidecar and Cognac. Shake and strain into martini glass. garnish with an orange slice.

Margarita  

1.5oz Tequila 
1oz Blind Tiger Sidecar
.75oz Lime Juice 
.5oz Agave 

Instructions - Combine Tequila, Sidecar, lime juice, and agave in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a lime.

Southside

Classic Southside 

2oz Gin 
4oz Blind Tiger Southside NA/Mix
Mint or Lime for Garnish 

Instructions  - Add Gin, Southside, and ice to cocktail shaker. Shake and strain over ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with mint or lime! 

Mojito 

2oz White Rum 
4oz Blind Tiger Southside MOJITO
Mint or Lime for Garnish

Instructions - Combine Rum, Southside, and ice into cocktail shaker. Shake gently and strain into a collins glass over ice. Garnish with fresh mint or lime. 

Mint Julep 

2oz Bourbon 
4oz Blind Tiger Southside
Mint for Garnish 

Instructions - Combine Bourbon, Southside, and ice into cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice. Garnish with mint!Â
